Founding CTO Opportunity | SympliCare AI
We are looking for a Founding CTO to join SympliCare AI, an early-stage healthcare technology startup building AI-enabled solutions to improve healthcare access, patient journeys, clinical workflows, and healthcare operations.
We are currently in the MVP development stage and actively building our core team before entering pilot and fundraising phases.
This is not a traditional job opportunity.
This is for someone who wants to build a company from the ground up, take ownership of the technology vision, and become a long-term strategic leader within the business.
What we're looking for:
✔ 12-15+ years of software engineering experience
✔ Experience building and launching products from scratch
✔ Strong experience with modern web technologies, cloud infrastructure, security, APIs, databases, and scalable system design
✔ Experience leading developers and making technical architecture decisions
✔ Startup mindset with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment
✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Project Scope
- Frontend development

• Node.js And Express

Preferred Experience
- Healthcare or HealthTech experience

Responsibilities
- Define and own the technical roadmap
- Lead architecture and infrastructure decisions
- Oversee MVP development and future platform scaling
- Build and mentor the technical team
- Drive product delivery and technical execution
- Ensure platform security, reliability, and scalability
- Collaborate closely with product, clinical, and business teams
