• What you'll work on
• A production multi-agent stack already live with paying customers:
• **Agent orchestration:**
• stateful multi-agent graphs, supervisor / worker patterns, planner-executor splits, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, durable execution.
• Trade-offs between agent frameworks (graph-based, role-based, code-as-agent) and when to go custom
• **Agent memory:**
• layered design across working, semantic, episodic and procedural.
• Importance scoring, summarization, why naive RAG breaks in long-horizon loops
• **Vector and hybrid retrieval:**
• vector DBs, BM25 + dense hybrid, reranking, query rewriting
• **Tool use and integration:**
• function calling at scale, MCP, schema design for reliable tool selection, mock-first integration layers for ERPs and external systems
• **LLM routing and evals:**
• tiered model routing, structured outputs, eval-driven iteration, regression suites, cost and latency budgets
• **Production infra:**
• async backend, Postgres with vector extensions, queueing, multi-tenant isolation, full LLM and application observability
• **Roadmap**
• : deeper MCP tool layer, self-improving agents driven by procedural feedback, predictive ML for supplier risk, price drift, supply chain disruption.
• Who we want
• Highly ambitious, fast-moving builder mentality with strong ownership and genuine interest in solving real operational problems through AI
• Strong academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Machine Learning, or related fields from a leading university. MSc or PhD is a plus
• Experience at top technology companies, AI startups, research labs, or high-performance engineering teams, with a track record of shipping real systems to production users
• Deep technical understanding of AI agents, orchestration systems, memory architectures, retrieval systems, evaluation pipelines, and enterprise-grade backend infrastructure
• Comfortable integrating with enterprise software, APIs, ERPs, and operational systems in real-world business environments
• Bonus if you have exposure to procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, or operational automation systems
