Engineering background from tier 1 / tier 2 colleges.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent Excel/Google Sheets and presentation skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
High ownership, bias for action, and comfort with ambiguity.
Ability to work cross-functionally across GTM, Product, Operations, and CS.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience working with founders/CXOs or on strategic projects.
Background in B2B SaaS, manufacturing, pharma/lifesciences, or enterprise tech.
Experience with SQL, dashboards, automation, or process building.
