We move fast, we care deeply about our product, and we're building something genuinely new in a space that hasn't seen real innovation yet.
Our platform is live, built, and growing, with real users and real weddings being planned on it every day.
We’re looking for someone to work with us part time to bring the platform to the next level.
Note: this is a fully remote role for now and can be done from anywhere in the world!
Should you prove during your contract that you have what it takes to help us grow, this will turn into a full time role.
The Role
This isn't a typical job description.
You'll work directly with the founding team across whatever the business needs most that week.
Some weeks that's sales outreach.
Others it's coordinating the tech team or testing a new product feature.
The common thread is that you're organised, proactive, and you get things done without being chased.
This is a part-time role, roughly 2 to 4 focused hours a day.
It's designed for someone who wants real startup exposure without the full-time commitment, and who's looking to grow into something bigger if the fit is right.
What You'll Be Doing
- **Sales outreach**
- — identifying potential customers (planners and couples), crafting outreach messages, and managing the pipeline
- **Team coordination**
- — keeping the marketing and tech teams on track; delegating tasks, following up on progress, flagging blockers.
- No technical or marketing expertise required — just strong organisation and follow-through
- **Influencer partnerships**
- — sourcing, reaching out to, and managing relationships with influencers in the wedding space
- **Product testing**
- — testing new features before they go live and providing structured feedback
- **Investor updates**
- — drafting regular updates to keep investors informed and engaged
- **Customer demos**
- — running product demonstrations for prospective customers
- **Whatever else the business needs**
- — this role will evolve.

Who We're Looking For
- A self-starter who takes ownership without being asked twice
- Highly organised — you're the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks
- Strong communicator, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-moving environment
- Good judgment — you'll often need to make calls without a rulebook
- Genuine interest in startups, technology, or the wedding industry is a plus
- This role is ideal for:
