Founder's Associate — Government Relations & Operations

What You'Ll Do

• Set up and run our government portals end-to-end
• Handle Iqama, visa, GOSI, WPS, and Saudization work for our entity and our clients
• Be the bridge between foreign clients and the Saudi administrative system —
• you'll explain how the Kingdom works, not just file paperwork
• Sit in on client meetings, take notes, follow up
• Help build the playbook for setting up foreign companies in KSA
• Be the founder's right hand on whatever the week needs

What We'Re Looking For

• Saudi national (mandatory — this role requires deep portal access)
• 1–3 years at a business setup, PRO, GRO, corporate services, or relocation firm
• in Riyadh (AstroLabs, AEI, Sovereign PPG, Creative Zone, Helpline, Innovation-SA,

Motaded, HATEN, Analytix, similar)

• Comfortable in English (most clients don't speak Arabic) and Arabic
• (most portals don't speak English)
• Hands-on experience with Muqeem, Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, and ZATCA — not just heard of them
• Curious, organized, not allergic to ambiguity
• Wants to be employee number one of a serious firm rather than employee number 200 of a slow one
