The Role
We are looking for a highly strategic, culturally aware and execution-focused Founder Brand + Media Director to work directly with the Founder + CEO.
This is not a traditional social media role.
This position is focused on building and scaling the long-term personal brand, visibility and cultural positioning of the founder across business, fashion, entrepreneurship, media and digital culture.
The ideal candidate understands how modern founder brands are built and knows how to balance aspiration, authenticity, storytelling and strategic visibility without becoming overly polished or corporate.
You will help shape the narrative of a founder building a next-generation global fashion group, while documenting and amplifying key moments across business, culture, travel, family, fitness and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the founder’s long-term personal brand strategy
- Identify and shape high-value storytelling moments across business and personal life
- Oversee content planning across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, podcasts, press and media
- Manage founder-facing PR and strategic media opportunities
- Work closely with internal creative, content and social teams
- Coordinate photographers, videographers, editors and external partners
- Build relationships across media, podcast, fashion and cultural networks
- Help position the founder as a leading voice in modern entrepreneurship, fashion and digital commerce
- Ensure all content and visibility aligns with the long-term positioning of the company and future growth ambitions
- What you’ll bring
- Proven experience building founder, executive or culturally relevant personal brands
- Strong understanding of social-first storytelling and modern media
- Excellent editorial, communication and narrative instincts
- Deep understanding of internet culture, luxury/fashion and business media
- Highly organised, proactive and execution-driven
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced founder environments
- UAE or international media relationships preferred
