What you will do
- Observe customer workflows, identify useful AI opportunities, and define use cases and acceptance criteria.
- Build and test AI applications, assistants, and agent workflows using suitable models and retrieval approaches.
- Integrate with enterprise APIs, data, and workflows; implement authentication, permissions, data quality, SSO, and role-based access.
- Productionize solutions with maintainable code, automated software tests, AI evaluations, deployment, monitoring, and alerts.
- Own AWS solution operations, including cost analytics, issue resolution, and production support.
- Test with users, improve usability, document solutions, enable customer adoption, and identify where human review is needed.
- Collaborate with customer and internal teams, explain technical trade-offs, and keep decisions focused on customer needs.
- Build safeguards for sensitive data, model errors, and actions requiring approval; improve reliability using feedback and evaluation.
- Create reusable components and patterns from customer learning, and review developers' work while supporting their growth.
What you bring
- Production software experience and strong full-stack coding skills in TypeScript, Angular, Node.js, and Python.
- Practical LLM experience including RAG, tool use, or agents; production Claude API experience, including prompt engineering and evaluations.
- Ability to integrate APIs and work with structured and unstructured data, databases, authentication, access controls, and data quality.
- Experience building AWS serverless applications using Lambda, DynamoDB, and Aurora DSQL.
- Business discovery, workflow mapping, communication, customer collaboration, delivery ownership, and sound security and reliability judgment.
- SAP/ERP integration experience is an asset; additional cloud or managed AI services are preferred.
- Knowledge of operational processes such as finance, supply chain, inventory, manufacturing, or customer service.
