Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable production-grade software for complex enterprise needs.
- Understand customer challenges and translate business requirements into robust engineering solutions.
- Own discovery, architecture, development, deployment, and optimization.
- Integrate AI platforms, APIs, data infrastructure, and enterprise systems into customer environments.
- Collaborate with product, research, and engineering teams on product development and technical direction.
- Solve complex technical problems independently in fast-moving, customer-facing environments.
Required experience
- Strong software engineering background with Python, TypeScript, Java, Go, or an equivalent language.
- Experience building and deploying production-grade software applications.
- Understanding of distributed systems, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and modern software architecture.
- Experience with enterprise customers or complex technical solution delivery.
- Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and own technical delivery.
- Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Desirable experience
- Forward Deployed Engineer, Founding Engineer, or Solutions Engineer experience.
- Deploying AI/ML applications, LLM-based systems, or enterprise AI solutions.
- Experience at leading AI companies, enterprise software businesses, or high-growth technology startups.
- Complex integrations in enterprise customer environments.
