Role Overview

What You’ll Do

• Work directly with customer teams and executives to identify and scope high-value AI opportunities.
• Map processes, connect systems, and structure data so agents run reliably in customer environments.
• Build, test, deploy, and iterate on Gumloop agents; measure adoption and business impact.
• Partner with Customer Success and Education to enable customer ownership and broad usage.
• Turn deployment learnings into reusable patterns and concrete feedback for Product and Engineering.
• Travel to customer sites as needed, up to about 30%, and operate through ambiguity.

What You Bring

• Approximately 4+ years of technical experience and a record of shipping useful agents or connected systems beyond prototype stage.
• Technical foundation in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Experience deploying or implementing software in enterprise environments, including process mapping and work with customer data.
• Comfort with JSON, JavaScript, Git, MCPs, and data-structure discussions, with ability to build and debug in the field.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences, from frontline users to executives.
• Good judgment under ambiguity and a hands-on approach to solving important problems.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% and work onsite with customers.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience in consulting, professional services, or implementation at a high-growth company.
• Prior forward-deployed engineering, solutions engineering, or deployment engineering work.
• Familiarity with agent tooling, MCP servers, and production LLM workflows.

Compensation

• Compensation range: CAD 175,000–CAD 265,000.
