Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Fortinet Sales Engineer position based in Doha, Qatar.

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, designing solutions, and assisting with the sales process for Fortinet security products.

The role involves understanding customer requirements, delivering technical presentations, configuring solutions, and coordinating with technical and sales teams to meet client needs.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Engineering and Sales processes to develop and deliver tailored solutions for clients
  • Skills in Technical Support and understanding of Fortinet products to handle design and troubleshooting
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Certifications in Fortinet products or related technologies are highly desirable
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach
  • Prior experience in the IT or Electronic Security sectors in the Middle East is a plus
