Role & Responsibilities
- Lead a core team dedicated to delivering high-quality, reliable, and professional Formwork services to customers on their project sites
- Oversee experienced formwork instructors, ensuring the consistent delivery of expert on-site technical guidance
- Manage value-added service offerings including; formwork pre-assembly and installation
- Play a key role in building and reinforcing client confidence in the Company’s abilities leading to new projects
Essential
- Experience managing blue collar workers in the Middle East, UAE experience preferred
- Hand-on formwork site assembly experience
- Carpentry skills highly desirable
- Site / Construction management experience
- Exceptional HSE awareness and enforcement
