Overview
Role & responsibilities Ensure compliance with QMS requirements during production, including data validation, equipment qualification, and batch records.
Conduct regular inspections of sterile areas (clean room) to maintain a controlled environment.
Perform HPLC analysis on injectable products to ensure quality standards are met.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for formulation development and parenteral manufacturing processes.
Develop and implement quality control procedures for injectables filling operations.
Strong understanding of QMS principles, regulations, and guidelines (e.g., GMP).
Proficiency in HP Quality Center software for data validation and analysis.
Experience with autoclave sterilization techniques for equipment qualification.
