What You'll Do
- As a Forklift Operator / Material Handler, you'll help keep production moving safely and efficiently by:
- Operate forklifts and overhead cranes to move materials throughout the plant
- Load and unload production equipment
- Supply materials to production lines
- Monitor production equipment for proper operation
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Package finished products for shipment
- Complete production paperwork accurately
- Assist machine operators with setup and production as needed
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
- What We're Looking For
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous forklift experience required
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, and perform physical work throughout the shift
- Basic math and communication skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong work ethic, commitment to safety, and willingness to learn
- All candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
