This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate order fulfillment and smooth warehouse flow.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklift equipment and report any malfunctions
- Pick, stack, wrap, and stage outbound freight
- Load and unload trucks
- Follow FIFO principles and RF processes
- Receive, locate, and replenish stock using RF technology
- Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards
- Meet productivity, quality, and safety targets • Report unsafe or hazardous conditions promptly
- Contribute to a positive, team‐oriented work environment
- Perform other warehouse tasks as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Reach forklift experience is an asset
- Ability to use RF scanners (training available)
- Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self‐motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast‐paced, changing environment
- Working Conditions:
- Warehouse environment with varying temperatures
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
- Fast‐paced setting requiring focus and multitasking
