Forklift Operator
About This Role
We are seeking an experienced and licensed Forklift Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience operating forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse or industrial environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for loading, unloading, and moving materials efficiently and safely, ensuring smooth operations within our facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts to move goods and materials around the warehouse or job site.
- Load and unload products from trucks and containers.
- Stack and organize products in designated areas.
- Conduct routine checks and maintenance of the forklift.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
- Assist with inventory management and stock control.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications:
- Valid forklift operator license is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating forklifts.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and safety protocols.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods.
