Forklift & Boom Loader Operators
About This Role
Tecnicraft is seeking experienced and safety-conscious Forklift Operators and Boom Loader Operators to join our growing operations team.
The ideal candidates will be responsible for operating heavy equipment efficiently while ensuring strict adherence to safety standards on construction and industrial sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and boom loaders safely and efficiently
- Load, unload, and transport materials within site premises
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Follow site safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
- Coordinate with site supervisors and team members for smooth operations
- Report any equipment faults or safety concerns immediately
Requirements:
- Valid UAE license for operating Forklift and/or Boom Loader
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience working on construction or industrial sites preferred
- Knowledge of safety regulations and operational procedures
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor environments
- Basic communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi is a plus)
Preferred Qualifications:
- ADNOC / CICPA approvals (advantage)
- Experience with different types of lifting equipment
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
