Role Description

The Forex Retention Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.

This role focuses on maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing forex clients through regular communication, account monitoring, and proactive outreach.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client portfolios, providing market updates, addressing inquiries, and offering tailored solutions to improve client satisfaction and trading engagement.

The specialist will handle retention campaigns, identify clients at risk of churn, and implement strategies to increase loyalty and long-term value.

Collaboration with sales, customer support, and compliance teams is required to ensure a seamless client experience and adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong client relationship management skills, including experience in retention, account management, or customer success within forex or financial services.
  • Solid understanding of forex trading concepts, financial markets, and related products, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and accessible manner.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage objections, handle high-pressure situations, and build trust with diverse clients.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret client data, identify risk factors, and implement targeted retention strategies.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and office software, and comfort working with digital communication channels (phone, email, chat, and messaging platforms).
  • Ability to work on-site in Dubai, collaborate in a team-oriented environment, and adapt to a fast-paced, performance-driven setting.
  • Previous experience in forex, brokerage, or fintech environments is highly advantageous; multilingual skills are a plus.
  • Relevant educational background in finance, economics, business, or a related field preferred.
