Role Description
The Forex Mentor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The mentor will deliver structured Forex trading education through classroom sessions, workshops, and practical market simulations, guiding learners from foundational concepts to advanced trading strategies.
Day-to-day tasks include preparing lesson plans, creating and updating educational materials, conducting live trading demonstrations, and providing one-on-one mentoring and feedback.
The mentor will monitor learner progress, support risk management and trading discipline, and contribute to curriculum development aligned with current market conditions.
The role also involves collaborating with other mentors, participating in community events, and helping maintain an engaging, inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Forex trading expertise, including technical and fundamental analysis, risk management, and trading strategy development.
- Experience in mentoring, teaching, or coaching, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and support diverse learner needs.
- Proficiency in using trading platforms, charting tools, and market data software for live demonstrations and practical training.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a professional and inclusive approach to learner engagement.
- Minimum of several years of consistent, live-market trading experience; prior experience in Forex education or financial training is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage a full-time teaching schedule, and collaborate with a team of mentors and staff.
- Familiarity with other asset classes (Cryptocurrency, Stocks, Commodities) is an advantage.
- Relevant academic background in finance, economics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if supported by strong practical experience.
