About the role

Impact and contribution

• Promote and sell TMGM products and services and independently generate client pipelines.
• Build relationships with new clients and develop long-term partnerships.
• Serve clients across communication channels, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues.
• Work toward KPIs, sales targets, and team and individual performance metrics.
• Build knowledge of markets, the FX industry, and TMGM platforms and products.

Requirements

• At least one year of Forex industry experience.
• Experience in customer service, sales, outbound or inbound support, consulting, or a similar customer-focused field is advantageous.
• Comfort with frequent outbound calls and engaging diverse buyers.
• Confident communication skills or motivation to improve them; strong ownership, initiative, problem-solving, diligence, and results orientation.
• English and Mandarin proficiency are highly preferred.
• Willingness to learn practical financial knowledge and professional skills.
