What you'll do

  • Assist with woodland creation and management projects
  • Support forestry operations on estates and commercial woodlands
  • Carry out surveys, inspections and data collection
  • Work with experienced foresters and land managers
  • Develop practical and technical forestry skills
  • What we're looking for:
  • A placement year student studying Forestry, Arboriculture or a related subject
  • A passion for the natural environment
  • Practical, proactive and willing to learn
  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • This position is a 12-month industry placement, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week) 7:30am – 4:30pm, from our Oxfordshire site in North Aston.
