Foreman/Supervisor (Fit-Out)

About This Role

We are looking for an experienced Fit-Out Foreman to supervise and coordinate interior fit-out projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site activities for interior fit-out and finishing works.

Coordinate and manage carpenters, painters, electricians, plumbers, gypsum workers, and subcontractors.

Ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

Monitor site progress and report updates to the Project Manager.

Conduct site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with safety regulations.

Plan manpower, materials, tools, and equipment requirements on site.

Resolve on-site technical and operational issues efficiently.

Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working conditions at all times.

Coordinate material deliveries and verify quantities and quality.

Read and interpret construction and shop drawings.

Ensure projects are completed within deadlines and approved budgets.

Attend site meetings and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Maintain daily work reports and site records.

Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and UAE labor/site regulations.

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience in interior fit-out.

Strong knowledge of finishing works and fit-out execution.

Ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors.

Good understanding of drawings and site coordination.

Leadership and problem-solving skills.

Experience in UAE projects is preferred.

Valid UAE driving license is an MUST.
