Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all on-site activities related to storm water and drainage works
- Lead and manage site crews, operators, and subcontractors
- Execute works including pipe laying, manholes, catch basins, culverts, and drainage networks
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, method statements, and project schedules
- Monitor daily progress and report to Project Engineers/Managers
- Plan and coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment requirements
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and safety standards
- Identify and resolve technical and operational issues on-site
- Enforce strict adherence to HSE regulations and local authority requirements
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience as a Foreman in storm water or drainage projects
- Strong knowledge of storm water systems and infrastructure works
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Familiarity with Abu Dhabi municipality regulations and standards
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Civil Engineering or related field
- UAE experience in infrastructure and utilities projects
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
