Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Foreman with 10–12 years of experience in piling, drilling, and foundation construction projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating manpower and equipment, and ensuring that piling and drilling operations are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily piling and drilling operations at project sites.
- Coordinate site manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
- Monitor productivity and maintain project schedules.
- Conduct daily toolbox talks and enforce health, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with client and consultant requirements.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, surveyors, and machine operators.
- Report daily progress, site issues, and resource requirements to management.
- Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of drilling rigs, piling equipment, and site machinery.
- Maintain housekeeping and safety standards on site.
Requirements
- Minimum 10–12 years of experience in piling, drilling, foundation, or geotechnical construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of bored piling, shoring, foundation works, and drilling operations.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and site layouts.
- Strong leadership and workforce management skills.
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and site practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
