Role overview

Responsibilities

• Plan and organise internal and customer tasks and projects.
• Train, manage, organise, and lead staff; ensure tasks meet customer expectations and Marlin Environmental quality procedures.
• Resolve problems before and during job execution through liaison with the team and customers.
• Coordinate customer access, permits, and temporary supplies before deploying teams.
• Work with stores to ensure equipment, supplies, and consumables are available.
• Ensure work is completed accurately, documentation is correct, and customer acceptance sheets are signed.
• Coordinate people and resources and ensure compliance with SHEQ requirements, company procedures, and health and safety legislation.

Candidate requirements

• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Experience in marine, industrial cleaning, or a similar operational environment.
• Previous Team Leader, Supervisor, Foreman, or management experience.
• Relevant practical experience and training, with the ability to demonstrate and oversee tasks and projects.
• Good understanding of confined-space work and engineering-related activities.
• Experience preparing method statements and working with RAMS and COSHH assessments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
