Foreman/ fit out

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily fit-out and finishing works on-site.
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, laborers, and site workers.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and report site updates to the project team.
• Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain site safety and ensure compliance with HSE standards.
• Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.
• Coordinate with engineers, suppliers, and other trades on-site.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and timely project completion.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fit-out/interior works supervision.
• Strong knowledge of interior finishing, gypsum, painting, flooring, ceiling, and joinery works.
• Ability to read drawings and coordinate site execution.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of site safety procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• GCC/Qatar experience is preferred.
