We're Hiring \| Fit-Out And Decorations Foreman
We are looking for an experienced **Fit-Out / Decorations Foreman** to join our team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily fit-out and interior finishing works on site.
- Manage site workers and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and report updates to the Project Manager.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers and other trades to maintain smooth site operations.
- Inspect completed work and ensure all finishes meet project specifications.
Requirements
- Minimum **5 years of experience** as a Fit-Out/Interior Foreman in the UAE.
- Strong experience in interior fit-out, decoration, gypsum, ceilings, flooring, painting, joinery, and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
- Available to join immediately.
- Pay: AED5,000.00 per month
