Qualifications
- A full clean UK driving licence
- Experience working within marine, industrial cleaning or a similar operational environment
- Previous experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor, Foreman or Management role
- Relevant practical experience and training, with the ability to confidently demonstrate and oversee required tasks and projects
- A good understanding of confined space working and engineering related activities
- Experience preparing method statements and working with RAMS and COSHH assessments
- Strong communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, suppliers and colleagues at all levels
