Role overview
The Foreman supervises and coordinates daily project-site activities and the workforce.
Responsibilities
- Assign tasks to workers and monitor their performance.
- Ensure work follows project drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor progress and report daily site updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with site safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage tools, equipment, and materials needed for site activities.
- Identify and report site issues and assist in resolving them.
- Travel to different project sites as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor.
- A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of site operations and workforce management.
- Ability to read and understand project drawings and instructions.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Immediate availability is an advantage.
Pay
- AED 2,000–3,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person; travel to different project sites may be required.
