Requirements

• The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation. Standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, lifting and reaching are required. These positions work in a cold / hot, damp environment and slippery surfaces.
• Team Member must be dependable, work well with others, self-motivated and willing to come in early and stay late, when necessary. Team Member must have less than 4 attendance points at the time of this posting and a good safety record (NO Safety suspensions) within the last 12 months.
• This position is slated for team members who are currently working at this facility or complex only. Team members interested in transferring into this position from another Tyson facility should express interest through their local HR Partner.
