About Us
PAN ARAB SPORTS ACADEMY is seeking passionate, energetic, and qualified Football Coaches to join our coaching team in Dubai South.
We are looking for individuals who can inspire young players, deliver high-quality coaching sessions, and contribute to the development of football players across various age groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging football training sessions for players aged U5āU16.
- Create a positive, safe, and enjoyable learning environment for all participants.
- Develop players' technical, tactical, physical, and social skills.
- Monitor and maintain accurate attendance records for all training sessions.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills when interacting with players, parents, and academy management.
- Effectively manage training sessions, equipment, and venue operations.
- Ensure all sessions are organized, professional, and aligned with the academy's coaching philosophy.
- Provide constructive feedback to players to support their development and progression.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, punctuality, and safeguarding practices.
- Represent the academy positively during training sessions, matches, tournaments, and events.
Minimum Requirements
- AFC C Licence, FA Level 2, or an equivalent football coaching qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of football coaching experience working with players aged U5āU16.
- Available to work on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently plan and deliver structured football training sessions.
- Valid Police Clearance Certificate (UAE or Home Country).
- Valid UAE Driving Licence (Preferred).
- Passion for youth football development and player progression.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience coaching within a football academy, school, or sports club.
- First Aid Certification.
- Experience coaching players of different abilities and age groups.
- Ability to manage groups effectively while maintaining a fun and engaging learning environment.
Contract Type
This is a temporary, contract-based position with weekend coaching duties at our Dubai South location.
Contract extensions and additional coaching opportunities may be available based on performance and academy requirements.
