Food Service Manager
About This Role
Job Purpose:
The Food Service Manager drives sales growth across HORICA and QSR channels, builds strong key account relationships, and identifies new market opportunities. They collaborate closely with supply chain, demand planning, marketing, and R&D to ensure accurate forecasting, product availability, and tailored customer solutions. The role involves monitoring market trends, managing distributors’ performance, and ensuring operational excellence. They also deliver regular reporting, analyze channel performance, and support cross-functional initiatives to achieve business targets.
Key Accountabilities:
(1) Strategic
- Identify new business opportunities in the market and how we can extend our coverage area and customer’s base.
- Understand and evaluate our client’s needs and their products portfolio elevating to meet their changing needs and providing services and solutions that meet their expectations.
- Review the sales performance and ensure it meet the target.
- Collaborate with demand planning team to deliver the sales performance, orders, promotions and any other market variable to ensure an accurate forecast.
- Monitor the market trends and new products suggestions to coordinate with R&D team in maintaining and strengthening customers relationships.
- Develop in alignment with trade marketing new promotions, service solutions, menus profitability analysis.
(2) Operational
- Manage and grow the sales for the food service channels (HORICA & QSRs).
- Manage end to end contract negotiations, pricing and any relative commercial terms ensuring cost optimization and efficiency.
- Build a structured key accounts management system and distributors plan.
- Work closely with supply chain to ensure proper stock availability and delivery for all channels.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales performance reports.
Qualification Experience, & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Operation Management or related.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Food Service Sales, preferably in FMCG industry
