What You’ll Do
- Run, oversee, and fine-tune production and packaging equipment to support safe, efficient operations.
- Follow detailed recipe cards, operating instructions, and batch documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Measure and load ingredients, package finished products, and palletize goods for shipment.
- Complete equipment start-up, shutdown, and cleaning tasks according to established procedures.
- Safely operate a forklift in a fast-paced manufacturing facility (training provided).
- Keep work areas clean and organized while complying with company policies and food safety requirements.
What You’ll Bring
- Ability and willingness to work overtime, including Saturdays when scheduled.
- Strong attention to detail and flexibility to perform a variety of production tasks.
- An interest in manufacturing and a desire to contribute to a high-performing production team.
- A willingness to learn new skills and continuously improve processes.
- Previous manufacturing or food production experience is preferred, but not required.
