Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in food commodities.
- Manage and expand relationships with wholesalers, distributors, retailers, and food manufacturers.
- Lead price negotiations and commercial discussions with customers.
- Monitor commodity market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve performance targets.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and finance departments for smooth transaction execution.
- Ensure timely collection of receivables and adherence to credit policies.
- Prepare sales forecasts, market reports, and business development plans.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in food commodity trading sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and business growth targets.
- Strong network within the food trading, wholesale, or FMCG industry.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of import/export and commodity trading processes is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
