Responsibilities:

  • Supervise food and beverage operations, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Lead, motivate, and train food and beverage team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Walk-through restaurants for guest interaction and help with service during busy times
  • Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation policies are strictly adhered to in compliance with regulatory requirements. .

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Food & Beverage supervisor or in a similar food and beverage management position.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and operational procedures. .
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
