What you’ll do

Being a Food & Beverage Innovation Manager is about shaping the future of Costa’s product experience across EMENA, with a strong focus on beverage innovation. You’ll lead the regional F&B agenda defining and delivering a compelling, commercially strong, and operationally viable portfolio across our franchise markets.

You’ll be:

• Leading the F&B strategy for MENA, while contributing to the wider EMENA innovation roadmap and portfolio direction
• Acting as the day to day F&B lead for our franchise partners, supporting range optimisation, product performance, and menu storytelling
• Driving NPD/EPD localisation – adapting global innovations for regional relevance and operational practicality
• Turning consumer, market and trend insights into commercially compelling product concepts and scalable regional launches
• Partnering cross-functionally with Global Innovation, R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Commercial, Marketing & Operations
• Enabling high quality execution by creating sell in decks, toolkits and seasonal playbooks
• Ensuring all products reflect brand standards, regulatory requirements and customer expectations.

Where you’ll work

This role is based on site in Dubai, aligned to our regional business entity and partner relationships. Regular regional travel will be required.

Who you are

You’re a commercially sharp, consumer obsessed F&B innovator with a passion for beverage development and product excellence. It’s your unique ingredients we’re interested in:

• Strong beverage expertise (coffee, café, QSR, beverage FMCG or relevant categories)
• Broad F&B innovation experience within branded retail, hospitality, QSR or FMCG
• Experience landing NPD/EPD across multi market, multicultural environments (ideally including MENA)
• Ability to translate insights into product strategy and compelling commercial propositions
• Strong collaboration skills with Marketing, Operations, R&D, Supply Chain & Quality
• Experience influencing franchise partners or distributors
• Excellent project management and an ability to work in fast paced, highly matrixed environments
• A proactive and hands on approach
• Fluent English
• Willingness to travel across the region
