On The Wood Restaurants Chain is looking for an experienced F&B Operations Manager

to lead operations across our growing restaurant group.

You'll oversee

15 outlets

(QSR, casual dining, delivery & takeaway) plus

— driving operational excellence, profitability, consistent food quality, and an exceptional guest experience across every location.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Lead operations across 15 outlets + 1 Central Kitchen

🔹 Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence

🔹 Own P&L performance, budgeting, labor costs & cost control

🔹 Ensure consistent SOPs, food safety, and brand standards

🔹 Coach and develop Area Managers, Restaurant Managers & Central Kitchen leadership

🔹 Track KPIs and drive action plans for performance & guest satisfaction

🔹 Partner with Finance, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain & Marketing

🔹 Lead new outlet openings and expansion projects

🔹 Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, HACCP & H&S standards

🔹 Build a high-performance, accountability-driven culture

✔️ 20+ years in F&B

✔️ 10+ years in multi-unit operations leadership

✔️ Proven experience managing multiple outlets + a Central Kitchen

✔️ Strong background in QSR, casual dining & delivery concepts

✔️ Expertise in P&L management, cost control & team leadership

✔️ Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
