We’re Hiring | F&B Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic F&B Operations Manager to lead and oversee our Food & Beverage operations in Qatar.

The ideal candidate will bring strong operational expertise, commercial awareness, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences across multiple concepts.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Qatar market in Food & Beverage operations
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Food & Beverage, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • Proven experience managing multi-national brands and diverse cuisines
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in driving operational excellence, quality standards, and profitability
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple outlets and maintain high guest satisfaction standards

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily F&B operations across multiple concepts
  • Ensure consistent service and food quality standards
  • Manage budgets, cost control, and revenue performance
  • Lead, coach, and develop operational teams
  • Implement strategies to improve efficiency and guest experience
  • Collaborate with marketing, culinary, and support teams to achieve business objectives
