What You'll Do
- Depending on your experience, you could be:
- Providing warm, professional table service in our Bay Restaurant
- Creating a memorable dining experience for our guests
- Taking food and beverage orders and sharing your knowledge of the menu
- Serving and recommending wines and beverages
- Preparing and serving cocktails and other drinks behind the bar
- Working across breakfast and dinner service, including some split shifts
What You'll Bring
- We’d love to hear from people who have:
- Previous experience in hospitality, particularly restaurant or formal dining service
- A genuine passion for providing great guest experiences
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional approach
- The flexibility to work across breakfast, dinner and split shifts
- Wine knowledge or experience in food and wine service
- A WSET qualification, which would be a fantastic advantage
- For our bartender opportunity, basic mixology and cocktail-making experience
- Most importantly, we’re looking for people who enjoy working as part of a team and take pride in giving guests an experience they’ll remember.
