FOH Supervisor – Stack & Dome, Jumeirah 3

About This Role

We have a small team, a busy restaurant, and high standards. What we are missing is someone who can hold the floor together. Someone guests naturally gravitate toward and who makes the people around them better at their jobs.

This is a supervisory role, which means you will be leading by example on the floor every shift, not managing from the side. You will be the most switched-on person in the room.

What the job actually involves

Running a smooth, energetic front-of-house during service. Keeping the team focused and guests engaged. Spotting a guest who needs attention before they have to ask. Knowing the menu well enough to sell it with genuine enthusiasm — not a script.

You will also be responsible for briefing the team before service, maintaining standards throughout the shift, and being the point of contact when the manager is not on the floor.

The kind of person we want

You are sociable without being performative. You can talk to anyone — a first-time visitor, a regular, a large group — and make each of them feel like the priority. You pick up on atmosphere quickly and adjust accordingly.

You take upselling seriously, not because you are told to, but because you actually believe in what we serve and you enjoy the conversation that comes with it.

You keep your team motivated during a busy Saturday night rush without raising your voice. You hold people accountable without making it awkward.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing hospitality role, with at least some supervisory or senior experience
• Excellent spoken English — confident, clear, and natural in conversation
• Reliable transport home after late shifts (service regularly runs past 1:00 AM)
• Based in Dubai or able to start immediately
