About This Role
Overview
We are a growing F&B group operating 7 restaurants in Dubai, and we are looking for an experienced, driven Marketing Manager.
This is a senior, hands-on role that owns everything marketing; digital and offline.
You will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence across all platforms, running paid digital campaigns, managing our delivery platform listings, and maintaining our online reputation.
On the offline side, you will plan and execute in-outlet activations, seasonal campaigns, PR, and community events.
You will lead all influencer and brand collaborations, manage new product and menu launches end to end, and ensure our brand identity is consistent and strong across all 7 locations.
You will build and manage a small internal marketing team as well as external agencies and freelancers, and you will own the full marketing budget with monthly reporting to senior leadership.
The right candidate has a minimum of 5 years in marketing with at least 2 in F&B/hospitality/FMCG, strong UAE market knowledge, proven experience in both digital and offline campaigns, and has managed teams and budgets before.
Experience
with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and UAE delivery platforms is essential.
