Qualifications

• 5 GSCEs or equivalent FM professional qualification (IWFM level 4 or equivalent) Skills, Experience, and Personal Qualities Required A Facilities Management professional with a proven track record in facilities management. Excellent planning and organisational skills, including project management. Demonstrable knowledge and skill in delivery of facilities management services in operational and corporate environments Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills with proven ability of influencing at senior levels internally and externally. Track record of highly effective team management (including virtual teams), high levels of autonomy and promoting collegiate and collective behaviour. Delivery of value improvement and cost savings. Demonstrable behaviours aligned with level 3 of the NATS behaviours framework.
