Oversee day-to-day property maintenance and coordinate contractors and service providers.
Support tenant and community service by helping maintain buildings, common areas, and facilities to a high standard.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily building and community maintenance activities.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance work and monitor electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and related MEP systems.
- Inspect buildings, common areas, and community facilities regularly.
- Coordinate technicians, contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Handle tenant and community maintenance complaints and follow requests through to closure within required timelines.
- Monitor contractor work quality and timely completion; coordinate emergency maintenance and urgent repairs.
- Prepare maintenance, inspection, and operational reports; maintain maintenance records.
- Assist with preventive maintenance schedules and monitor the condition of common areas, facilities, equipment, and building assets.
- Support community management and property operations, coordinating with management, tenants, owners, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in building maintenance, facility management, real estate, or property management.
- Community management experience is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of building MEP systems and maintenance practices.
- Experience supervising technicians, contractors, and service providers.
- Good communication, coordination, problem-solving, organizational, and reporting skills.
- Ability to handle tenant complaints and community maintenance concerns professionally.
- UAE experience is preferred.
- A UAE driving license and own vehicle are advantageous.

Pay
- Pay is AED 6,000–7,500 per month.
