This is a field-based position requiring visits to communities, buildings, commercial areas, retail locations, and other assigned points.

Key Responsibilities
- Distribute flyers, leaflets, brochures, and promotional materials at assigned locations.
- Follow the provided location and building list, route, and schedule.
- Meet the agreed distribution quantity at each location.
- Capture GPS or location-based photographs and videos as distribution evidence.
- Record locations, quantities, dates, and times and maintain daily reports.
- Share evidence through WhatsApp or Google Drive and coordinate completed and pending locations.
- Report access issues, security restrictions, or other distribution problems.
- Assist with basic on-ground marketing activities and provide daily updates.
Reporting Tools
- Use a smartphone to take photographs, share current location, use Google Maps, update Google Sheets, upload photographs and videos, and send WhatsApp reports.
- Distribution must be measurable and verifiable through location, quantity, and photographic evidence.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous flyer distribution, leaflet distribution, field marketing, merchandising, delivery, promoter, or similar field experience is preferred.
- Candidates must be physically fit and comfortable walking for extended periods.
- Good knowledge of Dubai locations and communities is required.
- Candidates must be comfortable travelling across Dubai and working outdoors.
- Basic English communication skills, a smartphone, and basic Google Maps, WhatsApp, and Google Sheets skills are required.
- Candidates must be responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.
Added Advantages
- A UAE driving license, own vehicle, prior experience in Dubai communities, field marketing or agency experience, or ability to supervise a small distribution team is advantageous.
- Transport allowance, performance incentives, and petrol expense consideration may be available.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 2,500–3,000 per month depending on experience.
Work Location
- The work location is in person and field-based across Dubai.
