Job Description
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented
Project Manager (Saudi National)
to join our team!
In this role you will get to lead and manage the delivery of small to medium-sized projects, ensuring successful execution in terms of scope, schedule, cost, and quality while maintaining strong client relationships.
What You'll Be Doing
- Plan, direct, supervise, and control all technical, financial, and administrative functions of assigned projects.
- Deliver projects in accordance with contractual obligations, ensuring completion on schedule and within or below budget.
- Develop project scope, manage scope changes, and ensure strong commercial performance.
- Forecast monthly revenue, labor costs, ODCs, and gross profit across the project lifecycle.
- Develop and manage project budgets and ensure overall profitability.
- Oversee invoicing, billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable processes.
- Establish and manage key project plans including Project Management Plan, HSE Plan, and QA/QC Plan.
- Monitor deliverables to ensure compliance with project requirements and quality standards.
- Assign responsibilities to team members based on capabilities and oversee execution.
- Manage client relationships, including negotiations on scope changes and securing additional work.
- Identify and drive business development opportunities and support proposal activities.
- Lead project meetings, monitor progress, and report on milestones, risks, and performance.
- Implement corrective actions to address cost overruns, delays, or scope changes.
- Ensure timely processing and management of change orders.
- Promote technical and commercial excellence through quality assurance practices.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for staffing, planning, and execution.
- Support team development, performance management, and training needs.
- Represent the company with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities.
What Required Skills You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical/business field.
- Typically 10+ years of related work experience with a strong technical and commercial background.
- Proven ability to manage projects up to $50M total installed cost.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, financial controls, and contract management.
- Ability to meet Parsons’ project management certification requirements.

- Ability to identify risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
