Role Summary
We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Shop Supervisor to join the BIND team.
You will be responsible for overseeing daily shop operations, managing customer orders and enquiries via WhatsApp and Instagram, and ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily shop operations and ensure the team follows BIND's standards
- Respond to customer enquiries and receive orders via WhatsApp and Instagram promptly and professionally
- Follow up on orders from the moment they are placed until delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Coordinate between the floral, café, and delivery teams to ensure smooth operations
- Handle customer complaints calmly and professionally and find appropriate solutions
- Monitor stock levels and notify management when replenishment is needed
- Open and close the shop according to the daily schedule
- Prepare brief daily reports for management on operations, orders, and observations
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a supervisory role, preferably in retail or hospitality
- **Arabic-speaking is a must**
- Fluent in English as well — both written and spoken
- Excellent communication style on WhatsApp and Instagram with an understanding of how customers interact on these platforms
- Well-organised with the ability to multitask
- Professional appearance that reflects the BIND brand
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
