- · Designing and creating floral arrangements for various occasions (weddings, events, hotel contract & retail)
- Understanding the client’s needs, assisting them with floral selections and recommendations
- Managing stock, ordering supplies, handling deliveries
- Maintaining freshness and quality of flowers and plants along with managing and reducing wastage
- Provide leadership, support and guidance to the team
- Organizing staff shifts, holidays and all admin
- Ensure the shop and staff continually represent the brand through high personal standards and customer interaction
- All areas of Marketing, enhancIng in-store and online customer experience along with strengthenIng the customer retention
- Maintaining client confidentiality along with protocols at all times
- Increase sales and revenue streams
- Improve brand positioning and visibility
- Engage with hotels and event companies
