Job Title: Florist (Arabic Speaking)

Key Responsibilities

• Create and design fresh flower arrangements, bouquets, and floral displays for various occasions.
• Prepare floral arrangements according to customer requirements and company standards.
• Maintain flower quality, freshness, and proper storage conditions.
• Assist customers with flower selection and provide recommendations.
• Handle daily flower care, inventory management, and stock organization.
• Decorate event venues and special occasions when required.
• Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a florist.
• Fluent in Arabic; English communication skills are an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of flowers, plants, floral design techniques, and care procedures.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about floral arrangements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple orders.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required.
