- We are looking for a highly skilled and creative **Florist** to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have strong experience in **flower arrangement and floral design**, with an excellent eye for detail, color harmony, and presentation.
- You will be responsible for creating high-quality floral arrangements that meet company standards and exceed customer expectations.
- ***Key Responsibilities***
- Design and create fresh floral arrangements for various occasions
- Prepare bouquets, event arrangements, and custom floral designs
- Create premium floral presentations combined with **chocolate boxes or gift trays**
- Ensure all arrangements are visually appealing and meet quality standards
- Maintain freshness and proper handling of flowers and materials
- Work efficiently to meet daily orders and deadlines
- Support event setups and special floral projects when required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace
- ***Requirements***
- Minimum **2 years of proven experience** as a Florist or Floral Designer
- Strong knowledge of flower arrangement techniques and design principles
- Experience in **combining flowers with chocolate boxes, gift trays, or luxury gift arrangements**
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good understanding of flower care, handling, and maintenance
- Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
