Floral Specialist
About This Role
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Florist with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in floral design and arrangement. The ideal candidate will have strong artistic abilities, excellent customer service skills, and in-depth knowledge of flowers, plants, and floral care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create floral arrangements for various occasions (weddings, events, daily orders, corporate clients).
- Handle fresh flowers and ensure proper storage, conditioning, and care.
- Consult with customers to understand their preferences and provide recommendations.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain stock levels.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Prepare and wrap bouquets and floral products professionally.
- Support event setup and on-site floral decoration when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Florist.
- Strong knowledge of flowers, plants, and floral design techniques.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays when needed.
Preferred:
- Experience in luxury retail or event floral design.
- Knowledge of local and imported flowers.
- Basic English communication skills.
