Position Summary

OSPE Floor LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Flooring Sales Coordinator** to support our sales operations in Doha.

The role is responsible for coordinating flooring sales activities, managing client communications, preparing quotations, and ensuring smooth order processing from inquiry to installation.

The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and experience in sales coordination within the construction or flooring industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily sales activities for flooring products including vinyl, carpet, wood, and specialty flooring systems
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings
  • Prepare and issue quotations, proposals, and sales orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Liaise with the operations and installation teams to ensure proper project scheduling and execution
  • Track order status and provide regular updates to clients
  • Maintain and update customer records, pricing lists, and sales documentation
  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets
  • Follow up on leads and assist in converting inquiries into confirmed sales
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams for product availability and delivery timelines
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales and after-sales process

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales coordination, preferably in flooring, interiors, construction, or building materials
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or related field preferred
